The mobile app and learning platform may be built, hosted, powered, or supported by Graphy, which provides the technology infrastructure for course access, learner accounts, mobile learning features, content delivery, payment support, analytics, notifications, and related platform services.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

When you purchase a course, mentorship program, subscription, or other paid service, payment may be processed through Graphy, Razorpay, Google Play billing, or other trusted payment partners depending on the payment method available at the time of purchase.

We do not store your full debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or complete payment instrument details. Such information is processed by the relevant payment provider according to its own security and privacy practices.

3.1 To Provide the Platform and Services

3.2 To Process Payments and Orders

Where The Ace Sphere controls learner information, Graphy may act as a service provider or processor on our behalf. Graphy may also process certain information according to its own terms and privacy policy where applicable.

We may share necessary transaction information with payment providers such as Razorpay, Google Play billing, banks, payment gateways, or other payment partners to process purchases, verify payments, prevent fraud, issue refunds where applicable, and maintain transaction records.
